Interesting factoid: tonight the moon will be the biggest it’s been all year. The tides will be higher. Cosmic episodes like this will probably result in more babies being born tonight than “usual”, or overly jittery dogs, or just more weirdos on street corners. I kid. But still interesting…

It is on like donkey kong with baking this month! Homemade cut-out sugar cookies with red + green frosting; mint fudge with walnuts; peanut butter cookies; and gingerbread houses! {Okay, so we bought the gingerbread house kit…} Can’t wait! Now if only there were more hours in the day…

The “holiday” time of year usually gets me frazzled! Crowded Target stores = anxiety attack. Hunting down elusive mint m&ms {my FAVE!} = anxiety attack. Glancing at my bank account at the end of the week = anxiety attack. But I still LOVE Christmas-time! The gift-giving, the foods, the smells, the decorations, even the weather.

Have a wonderful, not very stressful weekend! {BTW, only 20 more days ’til C-Day…}

These little Holt Howard winking-Santa mugs would be a cute holiday gift for a little one…with some hot chocolate of course! {And tons of whipped cream. And maybe some chocolate shavings…and a cookie, or two…} I’ve already spontaneously bought collected two of these mugs, you know, for my unborn children. {Yes, I’m that kind of person.}
